Youth Talk

For young people, sometimes life can feel completely overwhelming. Without someone to talk to, it can feel impossible to cope.Youth Talk is a pioneering local community charity providing free, confidential counselling to 13-25 year olds in St Albans and surrounding areas, delivered by experienced professionals without judgement. Youth Talk has an excellent track record of providing support locally for young people who use our service. We’ve been supporting young people for over 20 years, and the need has never been greater. We’re more determined than ever to make sure that every young person has someone to talk to when times are tough.
