VICTA

VICTA provide support for visually impaired children and their families. Our main aim is to work towards parents obtaining early diagnosis, correct medical treatment and the best social and educational support so that blind and partially sighted children can reach their full potential. VICTA also works with other charities and parent groups with similar aims and objectives.

We give also give grants to individual children to help to improve their social and educational prospects in life. The specialist equipment (such as software, braillers and computers) we provide helps them to be more independent in a technologically based world.
