The 'Lee Spark' NF Foundation

The 'Lee Spark' NF Foundation was founded in January 2000 as a result of losing my son and is primarily aimed at preventing Severe Streptococcal infections leading to Necrotising Fasciits. Its key objects are to offer information and support to families affected by Necrotising Fasciitis and to health professionals working with families affected by this horrific infection. To inform health professional & individuals how severe strep infections can lead to the onset of Necrotising Fasciitis and for them to recognise those early warning signs and symptoms and to generate continued support for research into preventing Necrotising Fasciitis infection.
