The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust

The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust works nationally to support young people with cancer aged 13-24 and invests in the future of all young cancer patients through research and health awareness. Seven young people are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. The LCYCT is the only UK charity that dedicates funds for medical research specifically into cancer affecting teenagers and young adults, where it can strike in complex forms that require harsh treatments in an attempt to save lives. The LCYCT also funds support projects to help maintain some normality and alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
