The CATS Foundation

The Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation is the only charity dedicated to providing support to families affected by Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff disease in the UK. Both of these genetic illnesses are terminal in children and result in them losing the ability to function independently and the life expectancy is only 5 years of age. The CATS Foundation provides equipment, respite trips and support to families.
