Spinal Injuries Association

The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is led by and for, people living with spinal cord injuries (SCI). As a user-led organisation, we deeply understand the daily challenges of living with SCI. Our mission is to address these needs by offering essential services, sharing valuable information and experiences, and advocating for change to ensure that everyone can live a fulfilled life. We are here to support from the moment the injury occurs and throughout the individual’s lifetime.

Our Vision: We won’t stop until we live in a world where every person with a spinal cord injury gets the chance to lead a fulfilled life.
