Royal Trinity Hospice provides free palliative and end of life care to more than 2,500 patients and their families across central and south-west London, helping them to make the best of every moment they have left. Our services include specialist nursing and medical care, dementia care, counselling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, welfare advice, creative activities, spiritual care, and bereavement support. The demand for our specialist care continues to grow and to meet this need we must raise over £13 million to supplement our NHS funding, your support is much appreciated.
