Once Upon a Smile

At Once Upon a Smile, we provide crucial support to children as young as 2 who are navigating the challenging journey following the death of a loved one. Through our support, we strive to offer comfort, guidance, and a sense of community during their time of need.

We offer a safe space for children to explore their emotions at our child friendly bereavement centre. The only centre of it's kind in Greater Manchester.

Our support includes:

• 1:1 sessions for as long as needed

• Group activities for fun and connection at our centre or on outings

• Advice and guidance for parents, carers, and professionals

• A child-friendly bereavement centre designed by children we've supported

• Parent/Carer groups offering connections with others who have similar experiences
