Hospice in the Weald

Hospice in the Weald provides specialist advice and support for people with life-threatening illness, their families and the bereaved. We offer a range of specialist facilities including an in-patient unit, day centre, home visits from our speciality nurses and counselling. We cover a 400 square mile area in Kent and Sussex and receive very little funding and therefore rely on our community to support us. We make no charge for our services.

Hospice in the Weald exists to support the whole family, including children, through a time of great stress and uncertainty.
