HDA Alliance

Those affected by Huntington’s disease in the UK and Ireland have a lifeline in the services provided by the 4 charities which comprise the HDA Alliance (Scottish Huntington’s Association, Huntington’s Disease Association, HDA Northern Ireland, and HDA Ireland). Emotional and practical support is offered in each area through a range of different services, which may include Specialist Nurses, Care Advisors, a Youth Service, local branches, Symptom Management Clinics, workshops, and training days. Whether a family affected by HD need on-going support or whether they need additional help through a crisis, the HDA Alliance provides much-needed support that would not otherwise be available.
