FareShare Midlands

FareShare Midlands is the region's largest food redistribution charity, dedicated to fighting food poverty and reducing food waste. We rescue good-quality surplus food from the food industry and distribute it to over 800 local charities and community organisations, including food banks, homeless shelters, and community centres. Each week, we support more than 83,000 vulnerable individuals by providing nutritious meals and essential food parcels. Last year alone, we redistributed 6,000 tonnes of food, equating to 13 million meals. Our mission is not only to alleviate hunger but also to empower communities by ensuring that no good food goes to waste. Through our efforts, we help create a sustainable solution to food insecurity across the Midlands.
