British Gymnastics Foundation

The British Gymnastics Foundation transforms the lives of people living with dementia and disabilities, and communities in crisis or hardship, through our gymnastics-based programmes.

Our Love to Move programme supports people living with dementia and Parkinson’s, improving physical and mental well-being and reducing isolation. I’m In empowers children with disabilities through adapted gymnastics, promoting confidence and building pathways for community inclusion. Through Limitless, we offer training and mentorship to unemployed individuals in disadvantaged areas, helping them build careers in sports. Additionally, our Hardship Grants provide financial relief to gymnasts facing significant challenges, allowing them to continue in the sport.
