Acorns Children's Hospice

Acorns currently cares for nearly 800 local children with life limiting and life threatening conditions and provides support for almost 1,000 families. There is no charge for Acorns services, but it currently costs around £11 million a year to run care services in our three hospices and the wider community; that’s over £30,000 per day to care for our children and families. We rely on the community to contribute 70% of our income through donations and fundraising.
